As someone who deeply appreciates our world and is addicted to the outdoors, I vowed never to use a fuel generator once again…Bluetti 5000Wh…
As energy usage is worried, my outdoor camping journeys and RV trips are near-to-zero emissions.
What do I utilize?
As of this year, my go-to solar kit is the Bluetti AC200P paired with three 200W portable solar panels.
Is it the best one around? It probably is.
Is it best? No, it still has space for improvement but it certainly sets a requirement that is tough to beat.
Why is everyone in the off-grid community raving about the AC200P?
When the UPS guy dumps the plan to your curbside, taking the whole box inside might call for some proper deadlifting.
The first thing that concerned my mind was, “Is this their concept of portable?”
A portable power station is rapidly becoming a crucial tool for businesses and families, especially those who need to venture out or work from another location (believe outdoor workers, emergency services etc), bringing the magic of electricity to far-reaching places. For instance, modern portable power station can power a small heating unit in the depths of winter season or an air-conditioning unit in summertime’s most popular days.
When searching for one, output power and battery autonomy are the most crucial criteria we search for while ease of use and the variety of outlets are also essential aspects. The ability to charge rapidly together with long-life batteries finish the feature list of a modern portable power station.
The Bluetti Innovation company, founded in 2016, focuses on all-in-one power storage products. They just recently finished a very successful Indiegogo financing for their flagship product, the AC200P, generating over $6.7 M throughout the project. This is currently viewed as the portable power station to beat by the competitors thanks to its long function list, huge battery system and AC inverter.
This solar power station is not on the light side. Still, I’m scared no airline company will let you get aboard with this one.
With a bit over 60 lbs, you’ll wish you bought the trolley (sold separately) if you need to move it around a lot.
When you start unboxing it, it all starts making sense. The Bluetti AC200P is made of tough flame-retardant ABS plastic and aluminum that appears like it can take some pounding.
The diagonal pinstripes on the front show that Mr. Bluetti means business, and the two deals with molded in the frame promise a safe and secure grip.
Kudos for style and durability!!
Out of the box, the AC200P looks like a small travel luggage but at 27.5 Kg, its weight puts it in the heavy product category. A black plastic finish with diagonal stripes gives a rugged and expert appearance while 2 deals with moulded in the frame help move the portable power station around safely.
air conditioning 300 by blue eddy and the growth b300 batteries that it includes and over the last month i have actually been running this system each and every single day so in today’s video we’re going to speak about my experience and what i consider the unit so first off this is a modular solar power system this unit has a solar charge controller has the inverter and it has the dc outputs however this unit does not have a battery you can’t even turn it on there is no internal battery at all so to turn it on you require to link it to the growth batteries with these expansion cables i grumbled about these cables in my a/c 200 max video but i think that these were created for this system this system is much larger and it actually looks a lot better when these are linked on the side these are some large expansion batteries guys they have lithium iron phosphate cells so they’re pretty darn heavy however every one can keep 3072 watt hours what’s interesting is each b300 has its own state of charge indication it has a 12 volt output and it has usb ports and it has a main on and off switch and having these growth batteries allows this primary unit to have a bigger inverter circuit and a larger solar charge controller on this primary unit we have a 3 000 watt inverter and get this this thing can manage 2 400 watts of solar input it has two separate mppts and every one can deal with 1200 watts and on previous blue eddy designs you had to use this enormous power supply to charge it on this one it has an integrated a/c battery charger and you just plug in a cable television and you can charge it a max rate of 3000 watts and personally i’ve.
Input power sockets are present on the left side while cooling fans are situated both on the best and left sides. The flat top can be utilized as a small table and integrates 2 15W cordless battery chargers.
